Open Mondays is a truly unique event which we created for Penge in 2023. Each month, we provide a welcoming and supportive performance space for musicians of all kinds and standards to showcase their talent.
Whether solo or in groups: performing folk, jazz, pop or classical, everyone is welcome. Our audiences have grown used to an eclectic mix each month. The music mostly acoustic to make the most of our venue's wonderful resonances. With tables set up for bring-your-own drinks and nibbles, the evening has a relaxed feel and is a great place to make new friends and catch up with old ones.
We are always keen to welcome new performers and audience members alike. Whether you are a young performer looking for audition practice, a seasoned but rusty musician keen to get going again or someone who wants to sit back and enjoy a beautiful evening of music-making, Open Mondays is the place for you!
